Apollonio Winery Experience:

Hosted by Apollonio Vini, Dining with Your Cellarman brings together three Salento wines, regional food and the stories behind the cellar. During a leisurely brunch or light meal, each wine is introduced by members of the winery team and paired with typical local products selected to reveal its aromas, textures and character. As the tasting unfolds, guests are invited to discover Apollonio’s winemaking traditions, native grape varieties and connection to the land of Salento. It is a warm and personal experience, less like a formal wine lesson and more like being welcomed around the table.
